Priory Hospital Suttons Manor, Stapleford Tawney, offers a wide range of support to people with complex mental health needs.. Due to the rural location of the service, access to a vehicle or the ability to drive is recommended.

### What you'll be doing

You will be part of a compassionate team that is committed to supporting people's wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future.The role involves assessing, planning and delivering person-centred nursing care in partnership with patients and their families, while monitoring and reviewing care plans and responding to changes in patients’ needs. It includes working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, prioritising and delegating nursing duties, acting as nurse in charge when required, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment. The role also involves building positive professional relationships, addressing concerns and complaints, supporting newly qualified staff through preceptorship, participating in clinical supervision and reflective practice, and maintaining ongoing professional development. All duties are carried out in line with safeguarding requirements, the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, Medicines Management policies, Priory Group policies and the NMC Code. ### What you'll bring to the role

**Essential**

- Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), with 6-12 months post registration experience with active NMC Registration and completed preceptorship programme.
