Priory Hospital Chelmsford £36,176 - £38,596 per annumFull Time - 37.5 HoursPriory Hospital Chelmsford is looking to recruit a Mental Health Nurse to join the team. Priory Hospital Chelmsford, Chelmsford, Essex is a specialist mental health and addiction treatment centre providing inpatient and outpatient services for adults and young people, including autism and ADHD assessments. It is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes nearby and Chelmsford railway station approximately 2–3 miles from the hospital. Due to the location of the service, access to a vehicle or the ability to drive is recommended.

## Person Specification

### What you'll bring to the role

**Essential**

- Qualified Mental Health Nurse with active NMC registration.
- Minimum of 12 months post-registration experience working within a mental health care environment and completion of preceptorship programme.
- Good understanding of NMC guidelines, requirements and professional standards.
- Evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to change, improvement and delivering high-quality care.
- Ability to work flexibly and use innovative approaches to care.
