### Job summary

Priory Bristol Hospital B16 1EQ. The location is not easily accessible via public transport, with limited direct routes and infrequent services in the surrounding area. ### Main duties of the job

The role involves delivering and coordinating patient-centred nursing care within an agreed framework, including assessing, planning, and reviewing care in partnership with patients and their families. The post holder will monitor patient progress, respond to changes in condition, and manage feedback or concerns effectively. ### Requirements

**Essential**

- Hold current professional registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), along with Mental Health
