Antelope comprises of 3 acute inpatient wards, one male and 2 female, and a male Psychiatric Intensive Care Ward. The unit also houses the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment team and the Neuromodulation centre. There is a strong multidisciplinary ethos at Antelope and diversity is welcomed and celebrated . All teams are working towards accreditation with the PICU and CRHTT being fully accredited. Successful applicants will receive full induction, free parking on payment of refundable deposit and access to reflective practice and ongoing supervision and training. ### Main duties of the job As a newly qualified nurse you will undertake your preceptorship program for the first 6 months, where you will be supported/supervised by experienced band 6/7s. Throughout your preceptorship you will have mandatory training, monthly preceptorship days and support in house from practice development team. Once you have finished your preceptorship you will have many opportunities to continue to develop your professional practice. As an experienced band 5, we will facilitate progression pathways to band 6 dependent of you preferred pathway. If you share our ambition to deliver high quality / standards of care.
