Rose Farm House is located in Ramsgate, in Kent, on the Thanet coastline. It provides residential support for five people who are autistic or have a learning disability. We are in a semi-rural location, surrounded by beautiful countryside.Our team are dedicated to supporting the people we care for to reach their potential and achieve fantastic outcomes that enable them to progress onto their own home in the community.As the CQC Registered Manager at Priory, you will take overall responsibility for the home, overseeing all areas including budgets, quality, compliance, and the delivery of outstanding care. You will support and inspire your team to ensure residents receive the highest standards of care, helping them achieve their goals, develop skills, gain confidence, and engage in meaningful activities within the community.

### What you'll be doing

- Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance
- Lead, support, and develop your team to deliver person-centred care
- Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans
- Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for residents
- Promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence in all aspects of care
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes

### What you'll bring to the role

**Essential**

- L5 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent (or be working towards)· Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.· Previous experience in a managerial role within a similar environment.· Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance· Excellent organisational, communication, and decision-making skills.· Flexibility, a “can-do” attitude, and the ability to inspire others.This position is a leadership role at Priory and during the interview process we will be assessing candidates against our leadership behaviours.
