## Job Content

We have an opportunity for a Registered Manager to join our team in one of our new developments in Southport. This is a full time role.Whyatt House is based near to our existing Southport Services and will offer residential support to adults with a learning disability and/or autism.

### What you'll be doing

- Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance
- Lead, support, and develop your team to deliver person-centred care
- Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans
- Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for residents
- Promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence in all aspects of care
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes

## Person Specification

### What you'll bring to the role

**Essential**

- You must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or be willing to work towards it
- Experience as a Registered Manager is preferable as this is a new development, however we will consider strong Deputy candidates
- Experience working with mental health, learning disability or autism is required
