We're now looking for an experienced Regional Director to join our Operations team in the North Division. About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across a portfolio of care homes, ensuring outstanding resident care, strong commercial performance, and regulatory compliance.

Working closely with Home Managers and central support teams, you'll create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence, helping our homes achieve their full potential while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing inspirational leadership, coaching and support to Home Managers, developing high-performing teams and building a strong pipeline of future talent across the region.
- Driving quality, compliance, occupancy, profitability and operational performance, ensuring homes consistently meet regulatory requirements, Avery standards and business objectives.
- Conducting regular home visits, audits and performance reviews, using data and insight to identify opportunities, manage risk and deliver continuous improvement.
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, regulators, commissioners and key stakeholders, acting as an ambassador for Avery Healthcare within your region.
- Supporting homes through operational challenges, safeguarding matters, complaints, commissioning activities and wider business initiatives, ensuring residents remain at the heart of every decision.
