Full details of this exciting opportunity can be found in the role profile. ### Main duties of the job You will: have a considered, thoughtful and reflective approach toward supporting an individual in their recovery journey able to care plan and carry through a persons care. have good communication skills and an ability to liaise with multiple agencies (secondary care teams, GPs friends and family are just a few examples of the people somebody might liaise with regularly). The ideal candidate will have worked within mental health, providing a wide range of interventions to assist people, during a period of acute mental health crisis and connecting into community resources.
