Are you an organised and approachable individual looking to make a difference in the lives of others?

We are currently seeking a dedicated Band 2 Receptionist to join our community drug and alcohol team in Gosport, with flexibility to provide cover in Havant and Fareham as required.

You will be the first point of contact for service users, carers, and professionals visiting our hub. In this varied and rewarding role, you'll support administrative functions and deliver a warm, efficient reception service within a supportive multi-disciplinary team.

### Main duties of the job

o Provide a high-quality reception service for service users, families, and external visitors

o Deliver full administrative and secretarial support to the Inclusion team

o Answer calls and respond to enquiries in a professional and confidential manner

o Maintain filing systems and assist with managing correspondence

o Support meetings by preparing documentation and taking minutes as required

o Process incoming and outgoing mail, maintain office stock, and operate petty cash

o Use IT systems (including ILLY and Microsoft packages) to enter data and generate reports

o Work flexibly across our hubs in Aldershot and Basingstoke
