Avery Healthcare is seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as a Receptionist at Camberley Heights Care Home in Camberley. The role focuses on offering professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home and providing various administrative services. Responsibilities include answering the telephone, responding to enquiries at reception, redirecting calls to relevant staff, recording messages, completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. Additionally, the role involves maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area and liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are upheld. Shifts are detailed on a two-week rotation: Week One covers Tuesday and Thursday from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Week Two covers Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
