To provide a comprehensive reception, administration and clerical service for the Audiology Department in support of clinical staff in the coordination, provision and delivery of an effective high quality Audiology service to the Health Board and external contacts whilst using the Audiology Patient Management System (APMS).

Working as part of the administration team based in the Audiology Department, Ysbyty Wrexham Maelor the post holder will be required to provide clerical duties relating principally to patient administration in support of clinical staff.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to provide an excellent service to patients in a busy out-patient department.  It is essential that you have good verbal & written communication skills, excellent customer care and a willingness to help others.  You will have experience of an administration environment and will have proficient computer skills.

The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post.
