This role is responsible for oversight and delivery of an exciting programme of workforce transformation within the Imaging Department at Whipps Cross Hospital. In partnership with the other Barts Health sites and colleagues from across North East London the postholder will plan and deliver workforce projects in line with local and regional strategic aims, helping to move the Whipps Cross Imaging Team towards a safe and sustainable staffing model across all modalities and staff groups. They will also provide line management for the Reporting Radiographer workforce. By working closely with the Imaging General Manager, Clinical Director, Imaging Site lead and Governance Lead; the post holder will also have an opportunity to contribute to the strategic planning and development of the service in order to build and maintain key relationships with a variety of stakeholders including senior managers and clinicians throughout the Trust, and with other appropriate external organisations and bodies, and in particular patients and carers. Internal candidates wishing to undertake this opportunity as a secondment must have approval from their line manager prior to application ### Main duties of the job The aim of this role is to lead the provision of the Imaging service for the site.
