Duties and Responsibilities - Support the imaging team in delivering outstanding patient care and service - Welcome, prepare, and assist patients attending imaging appointments - Assist with patient movement, positioning, comfort, and dignity during examinations - Monitor patients and promptly report any concerns or changes in condition - Support radiographers and other clinical colleagues during imaging procedures - Assist with administrative tasks, including appointment coordination and patient documentation - Ensure clinical areas are clean, organised, and ready for patient use - Maintain accurate records in line with hospital policies and procedures - Contribute to the safe and effective running of the Radiology Department - Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to support excellent clinical outcomes Who we're looking for: Contract: Permanent Days/Hours: Part Time – Monday to Saturday on a rota basis - Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant or within a similar clinical support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - A compassionate and caring approach to patient care - Ability to remain calm, professional, and reassuring in a busy healthcare environment - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently while also contributing positively within a team - Flexible and reliable with a proactive approach to work - NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (desirable) - Cannulation experience (desirable but not essential) - Commitment to delivering high standards of patient care, safety, and service excellence Benefits We offer employees a competitive salary as well as a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your wellbeing, both inside and outside of work.
