## Person Specification

### Experience

**Essential**

- Broad experience in general radiography to include A&E, orthopaedic and theatre work. This may be supplemented by short courses + CPD
- Previous NHS experience

**Desirable**

- Dental radiography
- Team working
- Voluntary work

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- DCR(R) or BSc (Hons) Radiography
- HPC registration

**Desirable**

- Evidence of further study

### Further Training

**Desirable**

- CT scanning

### Knowledge Requirements

**Essential**

- Underpinning theory and professional knowledge acquired through diploma/degree

### Contractual Requirements

**Essential**

- 12-8 shift
- Weekend shifts
- Participation in the on call rota
- Christmas and Bank holiday rota
- To work at other x-ray departments within the Trust
