A full time post is 37.5 hours to be worked over a 7 day week. You will also be expected to participate in the late rota which involves working up to 10pm and weekends  but there is no overnight work.  The department has two general X-ray rooms, a fluoroscopy room, three ultrasound rooms and a DEXA scanner. There is a minor injuries unit on site, outpatients, elective surgical and medical wards and the hospital performs a range of elective theatre requiring a mobile image intensifier. There is also a Cardiac Catheter Lab which some radiographers rotate through.
