Are you an experienced and dedicated Radiographer looking for a challenging and rewarding role? Cavendish Imaging are seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a CBCT Radiographer in Southampton. This is a part time role, working 22.5 hours / 3 days a week between Monday - Saturday. The days will change each week.

### Job responsibilities

Responsibilities:

- Conduct a range of CBCT scans adhering to DHC, Local, Regional, and National Guidelines.
- Exercise personal and professional autonomy, making critical clinical judgments using your knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company/Trust policies.
- Greet and explain scanning procedures to patients in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Enter accurate patient data and assist patients safely.
- Ensure patient dignity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with clinic/hospital teams and address service-related issues and queries.
- Complete end-of-day reports and upload images to PACS.
- Support scanner maintenance and report stock requirements.
- Support in the training of other radiographers as required.
- Adhere to Health and Safety Policies and assist in incident/complaint investigations.

Requirements:

- We require either a HCPC-registered radiographer or GDC-registered dental nurse with radiography certificate.
- Proficiency in Radiographic techniques.
- Familiarity with contra-indications for scanning.
- Knowledge of relevant hospital policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated understanding of patient care, health & safety, and continuous professional development (CPD) requirements.
- Full UK Driving Licence (desirable).
- Immediate life support training (desirable)
