This role will work within the existing Quality Safety Learning Team who support the Womens Service on governance, quality and patient safety with a specific focus on the Perinatal Mortality Review Tool process and coordination. The post holder will be responsible for supporting effective governance and risk systems across maternity services. They will work closely and collaboratively with the quality and safety team leaders and the womens services management team to ensure effective communication systems are in place and to ensure excellent standards of care and compliance with national and local standards.
