### Job summary

\<p\>Were seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a \<strong\>Mandatory Trainer\</strong\>, predominantly focusing on the delivery of \<strong\>Fire Safety, Warden, and Evacuation training\</strong\>. \</p\>\<p\>There will also be a requirement to deliver other Quality & Safety training where needed such as BLS, PM&H, Conflict resolution for clinical colleagues across our Community Adult and Childrens Services. This is a unique opportunity for someone whos looking to step back into the sector in a part-time or flexible capacity while making a real difference.\</p\>\<p\>\<strong\>Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to travel to our Essex, Kent and Prison (Chelmsford & Norwich) hubs to deliver training.\</strong\>\</p\>\<p\>We can consider full-time and part-time applications.\</p\>\<p\>\<strong\>Main Responsibilities:\</strong\>\</p\>\<ul\>\<li\>\<span class="single_desc_int_gb_word"\>Support on the internal quality assurance of all clinical and Quality and Safety learning interventions, ensuring working in line with the TLE Quality Assurance process\</span\>.\</li\>\<li\>\<span class="single_desc_int_gb_word"\>Support the maintenance of the clinical and Quality and Safety training course catalogue ensuring all course information is up to date at all times\</span\>\</li\>\<li&g
