If you are, we would really like to hear from you! ### Main duties of the job - To provide management oversight of a rolling schedule of internal and external Quality and Safety Reviews.  This includes the schedule, recruitment to review panels, supporting the QSR process, accurate and timely reporting. - To participate in QSRs. - To provide in depth analysis of various forms of information and produce detailed, accurate reports through the Trust governance framework as required. - To attend and regularly aid the complex care panel in their decision making. - To work in collaboration with the Clinical Governance Lead (QSRs and Regulation) on the continuous review and improvement of Quality and Safety Review processes. - With the need to review clinical teams across the country, the ability to travel independently is required.
