This pivotal, trust-wide role will drive improvements in quality, safety, clinical governance and patient experience, empowering multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care for women, babies and families. Reporting to the Deputy Head of Perinatal Services, you will lead the quality and safety agenda, ensuring robust governance, embedding learning from incidents, and meeting national and local standards. You will work closely with senior clinical leaders, governance and patient safety teams, and external partners, including MNSI and the Coroner. You will lead and support senior and specialist teams, oversee incident and risk processes, contribute to complex investigations, and support service improvement, transformation and assurance.
