You will - Assist the Integrated Substance Misuse Service Manager in the delivery and continuous development of substance misuse services. - Lead and develop the provision of psychosocial services and interventions within the prison acting as a subject matter expert. - Ensure that the treatment approaches are appropriate, innovative and fully meet the needs of the service users, the organisation and commissioners. - Lead by example and provide guidance and line management support to recovery workers whilst supporting them with their front line work. - Manage a small caseload of complex individuals ensuring the plan of care is individualised to the patients needs. - Be responsible for the appropriate allocation of patients referred in to the team and ensure multi-disciplinary working is evident.
