Can effectively deal with interruptions from staff during this time. - Development and monitoring of complex project plans. - Excellent key board skills and an ability to manipulate complex data at speed. **Desirable** - Clean current driving license. - Use of Microsoft Visio ### Special Knowledge **Essential** - Can provide evidence of highly developed specialist knowledge in all aspects of application implementation and change management.
