Working as a key member of the Transformation Hub within the Improvement and Partnerships Directorate the role offers a wide and varied portfolio supporting operational and corporate initiatives in the Trust as well as collaboration with System Partners across the OneGloucestershire Integrated Care System. ### Main duties of the job The Project Manager will convene and manage project teams and provide project management support to the operational and business leads within Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust to enable the delivery of transformation and change initiatives. To develop and redesign services within our integrated community teams, in line with local strategies and government initiatives which will require a high level of planning, negotiating, analytical and communication skills. The post holder will support performance improvement across the organisation as required.
