This is a rare and exciting opportunity to influence how Pharmacy Technical Services are delivered not only within North Wales but nationally across Wales as part of the Transforming Access to Medicines programme (TrAMS).  We are looking for a senior leader who can lead complex change with clarity and credibility, supporting the continued development of a high-performing regionalised service to support us improving quality, capacity, equity of access and patient outcomes through innovation and strong leadership The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply. ### Main duties of the job As the Production Lead, you will provide senior operational and professional leadership for Pharmacy Technical Services production teams, ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality service delivery. You will play a critical role in leading teams through change, supporting the development of a positive and inclusive culture, and enabling high-performing teams to thrive within a complex and evolving service landscape. This will include building trust, fostering collaboration, shared accountability, and creating conditions where teams feel supported to continuously improve quality and outcomes. We are seeking a confident and credible senior leader who can navigate complexity, support teams through change, and deliver improvement in a structured and inclusive way.
