About the Role

As the Print Room Supervisor, you will oversee the day‑to‑day running of the Trust’s internal print room. You will ensure that staff and visitors receive a professional, welcoming service and that print services are delivered in a timely, high‑quality and cost‑effective way.

Working closely with the Head of Support Services, you will help shape service improvements, implement new processes, and support digital transformation within print and document management. You will supervise print room and associated staff, ensuring quality standards, service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.

This is a hands‑on operational role requiring strong organisational skills, confidence with IT systems, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

### Main duties of the job

- Supervise the delivery of print room and reception services, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Support the development and implementation of print service protocols, documentation and administrative systems.
- Ensure procurement processes are followed and secure best value for outsourced and internally produced print.
- Oversee print production, quality control and maintenance of printing equipment.
- Assist with the meeting room bookings, building administration tasks and front‑of‑house coordination at Trust HQ.
- Develop and monitor print service KPIs and SLAs.
- Manage staff training, support development needs and provide day‑to‑day supervision.
- Maintain accurate records, reporting and recharge information for print activity.
- Ensure print room and reception areas remain safe, clean and well‑presented.
- Promote service user feedback and support continuous improvement activity.
