We are seeking a friendly, supportive and motivated pharmacist passionate about education and staff development. This highly rewarding role focuses on front-line training and offers the chance to make a real impact. You will lead the design and delivery of training for Trainee Pharmacists, oversee university placements, and work with external partners to ensure excellent learning experiences. You will also contribute to evolving pharmacy training programmes and support education for the wider healthcare team. The role involves collaboration with colleagues across Trust and ICBs to deliver innovative and effective training strategies. You will need good interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to organise and prioritise your work. Cross-site work will be required to meet service needs and may include covering for leave and working weekends/bank holidays.
