### Job summary

At Leeds Community Healthcare, we're seeking an enthusiastic and detailed Principal Performance Analyst to join our team, playing a pivotal role in the development and launch of our Master KPI Mist Programme of work.

You will use your experience of effective Performance Management to ensure KPIs are effectively defined, understood and developed within data processes, empowering informed decision-making across the organisation.

You will drive innovation and continuous improvement efforts to elevate data quality, integrity, and performance.

This role offers opportunities for remote and flexible working, with fortnightly/monthly face-to-face meetings.

Previous NHS experience and familiarity with NHS data and datasets would be advantageous.

### Main duties of the job

The Principal Performance Analysts sits within the Performance Team.

This role will lead on a specific development project relating to the Trust Performance Management Framework.

You will take a key role in ensuring that the key performance indicators are appropriately developed and maintained whilst ensuring that they align with national and local requirements.

This will involve developing new indicators for measurement and ensuring that processes to improve data quality are embedded in their production.

The post holder will meet with key service leaders, and leaders from corporate teams to clarify and define all areas of Performance and ensure that a wide ranging and effective set of Performance KPIs are articulated that provide high levels of assurance, governance and control for all areas of the Trust.

You will co-ordinate and lead the work of technical analysts in developing reporting against defined KPIs, to ensure that all levels of corporate governance receive the reports they require, including Board and Committees.

This role is a fixed term/secondment for 6 Months.
