### Job summary

Please note: these roles are based at Haylock House, Northampton.

We are recruiting two Training, Application & Change Support Officers to join our Digital Team, supporting GP practices and primary care services in the effective use of clinical systems and digital tools.

The successful candidates will deliver training, application support and user guidance to clinical and administrative staff, helping them work safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include supporting digital change initiatives, maintaining documentation and training materials, and assisting with configuration checks, data quality improvements and testing of new functionality and processes.

About You

You will have experience working in a primary care setting and a good understanding of general practice workflows. You will be confident delivering training, resolving system queries and supporting a wide range of users. Strong communication skills, adaptability and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Additional Information

This is an office-based role requiring attendance on site at least three days per week. Travel across the locality is required to deliver training, provide support and assist with change activity.

### Main duties of the job

Provide application support for clinical and business systems, diagnosing issues, resolving user queries and explaining technical information to non-technical users. Record activity accurately, contribute to knowledge resources and support service improvement initiatives, liaising with senior teams and suppliers when required.

Deliver training through classroom, virtual, e-learning and one-to-one methods. Maintain training materials, support staff in the effective use of digital systems, assist with onboarding, and produce clear user guidance and quick-reference resources.

Support digital change programmes by communicating system updates, upgrades and downtime information, assisting with user readiness, attending user groups and gathering feedback following implementations.

Undertake system administration activities, including configuration checks, testing, upgrades and data quality improvement work. Maintain accurate records, support reporting, identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement.

Maintain mandatory training and professional standards, support audits and incident reviews, promote equality and safe working practices, participate in on-call rotas, and deputise for the Team Leader when required.

- Qualified to A Level / HNC with a high proportion of content relevant to the role or equivalent experience.
- At least one qualification in an IM&T related industry qualification at entry level.. For this role this should include one of the following: - TAP/TPMA or another recognised formal training qualification and evidence of delivering training to a large group
