We look forward to hearing from you ### Main duties of the job The successful candidate must have Practice Nurse experience and will help ensure a high standard of care for all our patients, with particular focus on the management of long-term conditions. While the practice is highly supportive of professional development opportunities, we are seeking someone with the the suite of Practice Nurse skills (LTC reviews, cytology, vac & imms, phlebotomy) who can truly hit the ground running. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality nursing care as part of our multidisciplinary team, supporting our registered patient population across both practice sites. Key areas of responsibility include chronic disease management (such as asthma, COPD, diabetes, and hypertension), health promotion and disease prevention, immunisations, wound care, and well-being clinics. You will also contribute to clinical governance, helping review and implement policies and procedures to maintain safe and effective care.
