We have a diverse mix of inner city residents and students from Sheffield Hallam University. Our large expanding team consists of Doctors, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Nursing team (NP, PNs, NAs, HCAs), Clinical pharmacy team (2 CPs and 2 pharmacy technicians) and first contact Physiotherapists. We work very closely with Sheffield Hallam University, and have a medical centre housed in the heart of the university. Our most valuable asset is our staff and our reputation and we were rated Outstanding by the CQC in 2020. ### Main duties of the job We are looking for a proactive, reliable and forward thinking practice nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will form part of the nursing team in providing nursing and health promotion services to the Practice population. The candidate will provide holistic care to patients with or without direct referral from a doctor or senior nurse, within clinical guidelines.
