### Job summary

We are looking for a motivated, compassionate, and experienced Registered Nurse to join our friendly and supportive Practice Nurse team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Practice Nurse, with the confidence and expertise to manage patients with long-term conditions and deliver a broad range of nursing services. As part of this varied role, you will also be expected to undertake occasional home visits to support patients with long-term conditions, so flexibility and a patient-centred approach are essential.

You will become part of a welcoming and collaborative multidisciplinary team, supported by two highly experienced Practice Nurse Leads and a dedicated GP Clinical Lead. Regular monthly team meetings provide opportunities for clinical supervision, knowledge sharing, and team development, while ongoing support is available to help you achieve your personal and professional career goals.

We understand the importance of work-life balance and can offer flexibility in both working hours and days, with opportunities for part-time working up to 34 hours.

We are looking for a confident, flexible Registered Nurse. You'll deliver high quality care including chronic disease management, cervical screening, immunisations, wound care, ECGs and health promotion.
