To facilitate and participate in multidisciplinary education within the practice. ### About us Castle Gate Medical Practice - formerly Chippenham Surgery, has been providing medical care to local patients since approximately 1840. Since then we have grown to provide care for a list size currently standing at approximately 13,700 patients. We have a branch surgery in Raglan which is 9 miles from Monmouth. We have 9 GPs working at our Practice in addition to a great team of other clinicians, receptionists, admin and support staff. The salary is negotiable and will be dependant on qualifications and experience. The successful applicant will be required to work in both of our surgeries, Monmouth and Raglan. We are looking to develop and increase our current Nursing team. You will be working alongside our existing Practice Nurses, HCAs and Phlebotomists to develop the service we currently offer our patients.
