The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate competence in delivering a broad range of primary care nursing services and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Due to the nature of the role, applicants must have current or recent experience working as a Practice Nurse within a UK GP Practice. You will be confident in delivering immunisations, cervical screening, wound care and long term condition management and will enjoy working as part of a proactive multidisciplinary team while maintaining a high degree of autonomy.
