The team operates flexibly throughout the week to accommodate the training programmes and the needs of the service. ### Main duties of the job As a practice educator you will be expected to: To act as a role model and demonstrate expertise in delivering evidence-based practice.  Using your clinical expertise, you will drive the service to provide high standards of care and be an ambassador for practice development.
