We are looking for :- A  Band 7 Practice development nurse who  will support the  nursing team in ED and SDEC to fulfil their potential in the exciting world of  emergency nursing. You will have a proven track record of working in Emergency care at Band 6 or above. The ideal candidate must be able to build relationships with staff at all stages of their career to support them with the development of skills and competencies is essential The post holder will be required to work predominately on weekdays and mainly based in the clinical environment. You must be resilient, an excellent team player and be willing to lead  and facilitate  change  in the workplace If you feel that you have the above attributes, then we would look forward to receiving your application. ### Main duties of the job The successful applicant will  to ensure that staff feel supported in their day to day duties  and be able to provide effective leadership and supervision.
