Based in Richmond, South West London, you will work with clinical teams, the Academy and Locality Manager to create positive learning opportunities that build staff knowledge, skills and confidence. You will use your experience as an SCPHN Health Visitor to support practice development, teaching, supervision and assessment. You will be part of a supportive, collaborative team and have opportunities to develop your own skills through undergraduate and postgraduate learning. The role offers an opportunity to: - Share your clinical expertise and promote high standards of care. - Identify learning needs and deliver engaging education and development. - Support a positive learning environment where everyone can learn and grow. - Contribute to workforce development and evidence-based practice. - Help staff deliver safe, effective and person-centred care. You will be expected to provide support and cover, where required, across other CLCH divisions. ### Main duties of the job As a Practice Development Nurse, you will work closely with the Academy team and Locality Manager to plan, deliver and evaluate learning and development across designated services.
