As Practice and Performance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the integrated healthcare team, which includes primary care, mental health, GP services,  podiatry, and optometry. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and managing the healthcare administration team
- Overseeing day-to-day administrative operations
- Monitoring service performance and producing insightful reports
- Supporting service delivery through data analysis and process improvement
- Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination
- Presenting performance updates to senior healthcare leaders and stakeholders

This is a pivotal role that ensures our healthcare provision is efficient, responsive, and aligned with community standards.

Please note this post is subject to security vetting. To be considered for this post you will need to have continuously resided in the UK without any breaks for a minimum of 3 years prior to this application and be able to evidence your years of residency. - Effective with IT and any relevant external parties on infrastructure, reporting and data-related issues when required.

### Security Vetting
