### Detailed job description and main responsibilities

You’ll bring both expertise and passion to the role. You will:

- Have experience conducting behavioural assessments and developing PBS plans.
- Understand restrictive practice reduction and person-centred approaches.
- Enjoy coaching, mentoring, and supporting others to grow.
- Be able to analyse information and turn insight into practical action.
- Have excellent communication and record-keeping skills.
- Be organised, proactive, and adaptable.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel across the UK.

### Applicant requirements

## Person Specification

### Knowledge

**Essential**

- Knowledge of the wide range of statutory independent and third-sector service provisions for people with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism.
- Knowledge of other relevant local and national documents/drivers that affects practice.

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- Experience Health Professional with evidence of working in Services with a wide range of needs.
- BSc in a Psychology-related subject.
