This is an exciting opportunity to join the Ealing/ Hounslow Place-Based Partnership at a pivotal time in our journey towards integrated, community-focused care. As we continue to strengthen collaboration across health, local government and the voluntary sector, we are seeking an experienced and innovative Population Health Management Intelligence Lead to drive the development of intelligence and analytics that supports better outcomes for our residents.

The post is hosted by West London NHS Trust, which currently holds the Ealing and Hounslow Integrator function, but the role will work across the wider Ealing/Hounslow partnership, including NHS providers, primary care, local authority services, voluntary and community sector partners, and the West and North London Integrated Care Board.

This is a unique opportunity to influence how population health intelligence is developed and used across one of London's most ambitious place-based partnerships.

You will work at the forefront of integration, helping shape services that improve outcomes, reduce inequalities and deliver better value for local communities. You will collaborate with a wide range of partners across health, local government and the voluntary sector, making a real difference to the lives of Ealing/ Hounslow residents. We are looking for someone who combines analytical excellence with creativity, curiosity and a passion for improving population health through data-driven decision making.

### Main duties of the job

As the Population Health Management Intelligence Lead, you will provide strategic leadership for population health intelligence and analytics across the Ealing / Hounslow Place Partnership. You will develop and deliver a comprehensive intelligence function that enables partners to understand population need, address health inequalities, evaluate outcomes and support evidence-based decision making.

Working with senior leaders and stakeholders across organisational boundaries, you will lead the design and delivery of analytical products, dashboards, insights and evaluation frameworks that inform strategic planning, service transformation and operational improvement. You will be responsible for coordinating complex analytical programmes, translating data into meaningful intelligence and ensuring that high-quality information is available to support the Partnership's priorities. The role will play a critical part in embedding population health management approaches across Ealing/ Hounslow and maximising the use of data to improve outcomes for residents.

### Applicant requirements

The postholder will have regular contact with vulnerable people and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.

## Person Specification

### Experience

**Essential**

- Extensive experience in collecting, analysing, interpreting and presenting data to different audiences
- Experience of building a user-friendly narrative for complex to highly complex data analysis
- Experience of evaluating national guidance and ability to transfer this to technical deliverables for the team and protocols for non-specialist staff

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- Master's degree or equivalent level of experience in Health Informatics, Public Health, Data Science, Statistics, Operational Research, Epidemiology, Health Economics, Business Intelligence or related discipline
- Advanced training in statistical analysis, business intelligence or data visualisation.
