### Job summary

An exciting opportunity has become available within the National PNH Service for a Band 4 Data Coordinator. This is a full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours per week). We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join the Paroxysmal Nocturnal Haemoglobinuria (PNH) national service working as the PNH data coordinator. This is a unique position managing the National PNH Registry. Working closely with key stakeholders and also managing service data as a part of the role. The service is commissioned by NHS England to manage and provide treatment and support for patients with PNH. The successful candidate will work closely with the clinical team and the B5 Data Manager to provide comprehensive data management alongside managing the registry.

What you will bring to the role

The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively at all levels, plan their own workload and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, and knowledge of NHS administrative systems would be desirable. Knowledge of Haematological terms would be an advantage but is not essential. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the Leeds site of the PNH Registry – a prospective, multi-centre, multi-national, observational registry compiling data on the natural history and management of individuals diagnosed with PNH. The successful candidate will work closely alongside the Service Coordinator/Data Manager, 5 consultants, a specialist registrar, a specialist doctor, 4 clinical nurse specialists and 2 healthcare assistants and will become a key member of the supporting administrative team.
