The caseload is predominantly to patients who have experienced a stroke however there will also be a medical component to the caseload. An SVQ Level III in health sciences or equivalent is required, together with evidence of clinical competence and skills that include treatment of patients and carrying out exercise programmes. Basic IT knowledge is required which includes word processing and use of the internet. The ability to work as part of a team is integral to the post.
