We are looking for a motivated Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our Intensive Home Support Service (IHSS), delivering rapid, high‑quality therapy to help people remain safe and independent at home. You will complete holistic functional and environmental assessments, provide musculoskeletal and respiratory input, prescribe essential equipment, and contribute to preventing avoidable hospital admissions.

Working as part of a supportive multi‑disciplinary team, you will manage a varied caseload, work autonomously in community settings, and play an active role in daily MDT discussions. - Diploma / degree in Physiotherapy
- European Computer Driving License (ECDL) or equivalent IT skills

- V300 Prescribing or working towards
