This is a senior clinical and leadership role within our community services, providing specialist physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for adults with complex physical health needs in their own homes and community settings. The post holder will combine clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, supporting the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centred care across the service. Working closely with colleagues across community services, primary care, acute hospitals, social care, and voluntary sector partners, you will play a key role in delivering integrated rehabilitation services that support patients to maximise independence, avoid unnecessary hospital admissions, and achieve their personal goals. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physiotherapist with strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills who is passionate about service improvement, workforce development ### Main duties of the job As a Clinical Lead, you will provide day-to-day clinical leadership to the multidisciplinary team, promoting evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and high standards of care. You will support the development of physiotherapy staff, students, and support workers through supervision and mentorship, while contributing to service development and transformation initiatives.
