We are looking for an experienced Phlebotomist with a knowledge of working within a general practice environment to join our supportive and friendly team. CGH Partnership are looking for a Phlebotomist for 30 hours per week. Main Responsibilities: Keys duties will include: Obtaining blood samples of the appropriate quality, taken with minimal stress to patients, which will help with patients diagnosis and treatment. Accurately labelling samples and preparing them for collection to the pathology department for analysis. Making appropriate notes in the patients record. Taking blood is a special skill, which requires patience and the ability to engage with both adults and children.
