### Job overview

- Support project and intervention delivery.
- Assist with the practical rollout of medicines value interventions and prescribing support tools.
- Help maintain implementation packs, communication materials and tracking documents.
- Undertake follow up actions and support operational tasks across practices and providers.

### Main duties of the job

- Support delivery of the NHS Strategic Commissioning Framework and LNR Operating Model.
- Data processing and basic analysis Collect and organise prescribing data, audit results and activity information. Support maintenance of simple dashboards, trackers and logs. Highlight anomalies or issues to the Band 6 technician or 8a pharmacist.
- Audit and quality support Conduct structured audit activities, repeat prescribing checks and formulary adherence reviews as directed. Ensure accurate documentation and data entry for monitoring purposes. Support gathering evidence for assurance reports.
- Stakeholder and communication support Assist with liaising between teams, coordinating meetings and managing documentation. Support dissemination of updated formulary information, prescribing guidance and technical materials. Facilitate engagement sessions and maintain effective communications with practices and PCNs.
- Administration and programme support Manage resources, shared folders, action logs and operational documentation. Support programme coordination tasks to ensure projects run smoothly. Escalate operational issues promptly.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
