We work with the GP partners in the Bromley-by-Bow Health Partnership to enable a training environment for pharmacists and technicians using online services. ### Main duties of the job The post holder will work at and deliver quality care to patients in Barnet (PCN 3) through efficient medicines optimisation. This will include the assessment of patients own drugs, medicine reconciliation and checking adherence when patients request medications for issue. The post holder will work with the Practice Based Pharmacists (PBPs) and Prescription Administrators to continually develop the service, while maintaining high standards and achieving best practice to meet the needs of patients. *This position is in Barnet *Please note this is a f/t post.
