We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Support Worker to join our Pharmacy team at HMP Wealstun. HMP Wealstun is a Category C men's prison with an operational capacity of around 1000. The prison has good transport links, as well as a free onsite car park.

### Main duties of the job

The Health in Justice team at Practice Plus Group makes a real difference across over 53 prisons, young offenders and immigration removal centres. Were the UKs leading independent provider of NHS services to over 40,000 patients in secure environments, always putting their needs first, regardless of their background.

We are looking for caring, compassionate but also driven professionals who can help us drive our vision for a fair and inclusive healthcare access to all.

- No experience is necessary - we are looking for someone with a keen interest in Pharmacy, and keen to pursue a career in Pharmacy and Healthcare within a prison
- An NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Dispensing would be a bonus, but isn't essential
- Ideally have medicines handling experience, although not essential
- Have a proactive approach, with excellent communication skills
