Our team supports the Pharmacy Department and the wider Trust on all matters relating to medicines governance, with patient safety at the heart of everything we do. The Pharmacy Department is large, innovative and continually developing, offering excellent opportunities for personal and professional development.

Medicines safety and continuous improvement are our absolute priorities. To support this important agenda, we are seeking a committed, skilled and dynamic individual with excellent administrative, data management and communication skills.

As an Administrative Professional within our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our departmental and organisational safety priorities. The successful candidate will have GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics, together with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Teams, Excel and Outlook.

Previous experience of working within NHS hospital services and/or a knowledge of pharmacy services would be desirable, but is not essential.

Join our dynamic and passionate team, where your skills and expertise will be valued and recognised. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our commitment to delivering the right medicine, to the right patient, in the safest possible way, on time, every time.

As a successful candidate, you will provide essential administrative support to the team, with particular responsibility for coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes and maintaining action logs.
