You will also have a portfolio role with a focus on increasing the research activity within the pharmacy team The post will have key elements as follows: Medicines Optimisation for Psychosis - support the medicines optimisation reviews undertaken focusing predominantly on psychosis for long stay patients (60 days plus) within LSCFT and OAPS wards Patient First Programme - support the Patient First programme that will embed evidence-based pathways of care across our teams, initially focusing on pathways for psychosis and emotional dysregulation.
