This is an exciting opportunity to join our Area Operations team as a PES Operations Support Administrator in East Lancashire. You will provide high-quality, efficient support within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role plays a vital role in supporting the Sector Management Team, ensuring the smooth coordination of administrative processes that underpin frontline service delivery.

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to deliver comprehensive administrative support across the East Lancashire Sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, can manage competing priorities and is committed to delivering a professional and reliable service as part of a wider team. Working across Cumbria and Lancashire, you will collaborate closely with operational, clinical and administrative colleagues, contributing to an inclusive team culture and supporting the Trust’s values of working together, being at our best and making a difference.

In this key role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sector Management Team, acting as a central point of contact for a wide range of operational and workforce-related activity.

### Main duties of the job

You will coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas, distributing papers and taking accurate minutes, as well as maintaining action logs to support delivery against key priorities. You will also be responsible for managing and prioritising your own workload, adapting to changing operational demands in a responsive and professional manner.

A significant part of the role will involve supporting workforce processes such as payroll administration, sickness monitoring and audit activity. This includes collating and inputting data accurately, supporting managers with relevant documentation, and ensuring compliance with Trust procedures and data protection requirements.

You will liaise regularly with colleagues across departments including HR, Payroll, Procurement and Rostering, providing timely and effective communication and helping to resolve queries. You will also support record management, maintaining accurate and up-to-date systems in line with confidentiality and governance standards.

Working as part of a wider administrative team, you will provide flexible support across the sector and wider area where required, contributing to a consistent, high-quality service. This fixed term role offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to develop your skills while making a meaningful contribution to the running of operational services.

- - Computer literate with a broad understanding of MS Office software packages – Outlook, Word, Excel and Access
- - Knowledge of Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

- - Possess a current driving licence
